4. All valleys raked out and repointed. All gable ends repointed. All guttering cleared out and joints resealed. All flaunchings round pots re-rendered or pots capped if required.
5. Skylights and back gutters behind stacks cleaned out, checked and sealed if required.

A roof overhaul as explained above, takes around 1 or 2 days to complete. If we discover any other problems that are not covered by your roof overhaul, we will inform you of the additional remedial work that is needed to complete your roof repair and quote you accordingly.
